Open House at 304 S. Main Street in Hudson
We hosted an open house on February 5 & 6 at 304 S. Main Street in Hudson. This is the first of nine additional rental houses we are building county-wide based on the house built in conjunction with K-State at 8th and Broadway in St. John. Some modifications were made to the original design like the ceiling is sheetrocked and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower instead of a tub.
Gonzalez Construction and Remodeling is the general contractor for this project. Three houses are already underway in Stafford and we will break ground on three houses in St. John in the coming weeks.
